The Japanese mobile operator, NTT DoCoMo has official announced the availability of new Sharp Aquos Phone SH-01D smartphone.

This Sharp phone will be launch in Japan on December 2nd, 2011. The most interesting of phone is 720p 3D display and 12.1MP camera with optical stabilization. Moreover, Sharp Aquos SH-01D smartphone is also water resistance.

Thank to parallax barrier, Sharp Aquos SH-01D smartphone has a 4.5-inch glasses-free 3D display that no-require any special glasses for watch 3D video or content, a front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DLNA, NFC capabilities, a microSD card slot, a 1GHz dual-core TI OMAP4430 processor, 1GB of RAM, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.

It will be available in three flavor options – blue, black, and white. Dimensions of Sharp Aquos Phone SH-01D are 128 x 65 x 9.7 mm and weighs 138 grams.
