Malignant Mesothelioma is one of the rarest forms of cancer. This form of cancer occurs in tissues of chest, abdomen and heart of a human. Mesothelioma means abnormal growth of mesothelium, which is a layer of tissue from which pericardium, peritoneum and pleura is formed.

This form of cancer generally is more prevalent in people who are exposed to asbestos for a longer period of time. Some of the symptoms of malignant Mesothelioma are abdominal lump, breathlessness and unexplained weight loss. There are four stages of malignant mesothelioma, in terms of severity. Stage One is mild, whereas stage four can be threatening to life.
